WHAT OUR SERVICE INCLUDES
DAMAGE REPORTS
We immediately report any visible damage found during cleaning by sending a photo to the host.
LAUNDRY
All dirty linens are collected and replaced with clean linens. Laundry services, washing and drying, are performed in the unit.
RESTOCKING
Hygiene products and supplies will be replenished from your inventory for new guests during the rotation. If there are few products in the inventory, the host will be notified. We make items available for an additional fee.
CLEANING AND GUEST PREPARATION
In the turnover cleaning of your property is included:
All Rooms:
- Dust all accessible surfaces including fans and baseboards
- Wipe light fixtures
- Clean mirrors
- Check drawers and closets and wipe down outside
- Remove trash and replace bags
- Vacuum rugs and carpets
- Vacuum and mop floors
Kitchen:
- Clean and sanitize countertops and sink
- Wipe cabinet doors inside and outside
- Clean refrigerator, oven, and microwave inside and outside
- Run and empty dishwasher
Bathrooms:
- Clean and sanitize sinks, showers, bathtubs, toilets and counters.
- Clean reachable shower walls
- Wipe cabinet doors inside and outside
